Creative Director and Salon Owner - Cheryl Schofield
I have owned navarjo now for 9 years and still have huge passion for the industry, staying involved and focused on training.
I am proud to have such an awesome team of stylists whom all specialise in amazing colour work. With the help of L'Oreal professional we are continuously up-skilling and entering competitions to bring exciting inspiration to our salon.
We also enjoy helping our community by donating for fund-raisers and getting experience doing local fashion shows and school events.

Senior Stylist - Peta Burnett
I have more than 20 years experience as a hair stylist, during which time I traveled and worked in London. Over the years I have completed and attended numerous L'Oreal training courses, seminars and shows which are always inspirational and keep me up to date with new fashion and styles.
My passion in hair is cutting/styling and I enjoy the thrill of giving clients a restyle, with the aim of making my clients' look and feel incredible.

Senior Stylist/Colour Technician - Rachel Fowler
I have been at Navarjo Hair Design for 5 years and working in the industry for 7 years.
I am passionate about my work and enjoy being able to see my clients service from start to finish, which allows me to really get to know my clients and their hair.
We have great support from L'Oreal. They are constantly keeping us up to date with new trends and techniques, so we are able to offer you the latest styles and colours.
I love knowing my clients are looking and feeling great when they leave the salon. We work well as a team together at Navarjo and always get beautiful results! |
Senior Stylist/Colour Technician - Amy Hitchings
I joined the Navarjo team in 2006. I have been in the industry for 7 years. As a qualified stylist I'm enjoying completing clients service from start to finish and getting to really know them and their hair.
I have previously participated in a few H.I.T.O competitions which included more complex style cuts and colours. Also I am participating regularly in professional educational courses and new season / new collection shows, keeping me educated and inspired, allowing me to be able to offer new ideas and change to my clients.
I look forward to continuing to be a part of this team and expanding my knowledge and passion!

Senior Stylist/Colour Technician - Anna Gaul
I joined Navarjo Hair Design in December 2007 as an apprentice hair stylist. My off job training was completed at Servilles Academy in Auckland and after three years I completed the New Zealand certificate in Hairdressing.
I have now added to my list of credentials by graduating with merit in a NZQA Certificate in Fashion Makeup for Attitude and Skill in Makeup Artistry at the Samala Robinson Academy.
I am able to offer Makeup services and packages for special occasions, weddings and school Balls.
Being part of a team has really helped me to be inspired in my work and take and enjoy any opportunity that comes my way. For four years now I have voluntarily helped with Orewa College's Stage Challenge, attended a number of L'Oreal Professional Educational Courses and New Collection Shows. In 2009 I competed in the NZARH Hairdressing Competitions and in 2008 I had the honour of being a Northern Region Finalist for Apprentice of the year.
I have always had a real interest in hairstyling and Makeup and over the years it has turned into a passion. Hairdressing and Makeup feeds my creativity, my love for fashion and above all I am able to make someone feel good about themselves.
